A stone fruit-dominant nose with a hint of pineapple, mango, and a subtle ginger spice. The aromas follow through to the palate, together with a delicate rice sweetness, newly ripened stone fruit flavours and a slight tropical character. Notable depth for a light sake, with a smooth and dry finish.

Earthy aromas of nuts and grains with a slightly oaky and melon-scented nose. Savoury notes of rice and melon with gentle spice. Smooth and rounded character, showing mellow sweetness and umami. Serving slightly warmed will fortify the rice aromas with additional honey notes and a softened texture.
