Omachi sake rice (born in 1859) and the "Bodaimoto brewing" style, are the signature of the Gozenshu brand. This sake is brewed with these two elements in mind, perfected to make it the sake of choice in the Gozenshu brand!

 

The fullness of Omachi sake rice is felt throughout, with a rich umami flavour. A Soft mouthfeel, highlighting the gentle flavour of the rice. With hints of a balanced mellowness and richness from the bodaimoto style. Complex and savoury notes of Omachi spreads throughout, with a touch of astringency and herbaceous elevating the complexity to another level.
