Tasting Note

Fresh Melon nose with a hint of mineral and musk undertone. Rich rockmelon on the palate with juicy fruit notes. Overall on the drier side balanced with slight sweetness, umami and herbaceous notes throughout. Lively, clean with a touch of acidity, astringency and soft effervesce.

 

Product Note

The letter in the name of the ‘Impression’ Series comes from the name of its base sake in the Zaku range: G for ‘Gen no Tomo’. Pressed and bottled straight from the tank giving it the freshness and lively taste characterised by unpasteurised sake.
