Tasting Note

Smooth and perfumed without being too overpowering, the use of purple sweet potato is evident right from the first nose, followed by a medley of festive undertones: calvados, pine, cranberry, lavender and yellow nectarine. A rich palate of burnt sugar, red grape and violettes builds umami with each sip, with a slight spiciness lingering on the finish.
