Product Note
Produced using a method of secondary fermentation within the bottle that is similar to that of champagne. Brewed using only rice, koji, and yeast, the natural sweetness of the rice is accentuated, with a fine bead of refreshing bubbles from the secondary fermentation, and no added sugar or carbonation.
