Collaboration Product Overview
Kojima Productions has announced a collaboration with Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten, a prestige sake brewery in Suzuka City, Mie, featuring flagship brand 'Zaku' to celebrate the independent studio's 10th Anniversary. Zaku Ludens sake brings together Japanese tradition and creative ingenuity making it the ultimate expression of modern craftsmanship.
Zaku Ludens feature the Kojima Production studio's symbol, “Ludens—Those Who Play” and incorporate traditional crafts from Suzuka City, Mie Prefecture: “Ise Katagami” stencil paper and “Suzuka Sumi” ink.
Tasting Note
Meticulously crafted using only Mie grown Yamada-nishiki sake rice polished to 35%. From the first sip you sense a taste unlike any other, leaving you with a pleasant linger. The bottle features a collaboration between the traditional craft “Suzuka Sumi” and KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS’ Art Director Yoji Shinkawa, the newly created, sumi-ink-inspired artwork stands out in its elegant, deep presence.
