A light nigori style sake that let you experience the Gozenshu signature style of "Omachi x Bodaimoto"!

 

With a flavour profile reminisce of Calpis due to the natural lactic acid bacteria. It has a refreshing fruity aroma with well balanced sweetness, acidity and complex umami notes. Unlike the typical thick nigori style sake, this light nigori style sake goes well with food. This is the perfect bottle to enjoy the character of omachi sake rice as well as the traditional bodaimoto brewing style.
