Jyo-tokuya - Fusion (Barley Shochu) 720ml
Tasting Note
The floral design on the label does not lie: this shochu is a wonderful example of how vacuum distillation brings out the most delicate notes of barley. A silky and delicate nose with yogurt, strawberries, lemons, honeydew melon and peach iced tea and a light, refreshing palate of bottlebrush, pale malt. Dainty, sweet notes of carrot and pistachio speckled about.
