Ima-nishiki - Umeshu 500ml
Tasting Note
Sweet aroma of plums with a rich yet mellow character. A clean, refreshing flavour, balancing the sweetness and tartness of the plums. Slight nuttiness with a velvety consistency. Great on the rocks or mixed with sparkling water 1:1.
Product Note
Made with the "ryukyo koume" plum, grown locally in the Ina Valley of Nagano. The fruit has a distinctively thick, high-quality flesh despite their small size (size of a A$2 dollar coin). After being de-stemmed by hand, the fruit is then steeped in sake. It has a clean and pure character with a rich and mellow flavour.
