Oita Prefecture accounts for 90% of Japan’s kabosu production. Kabosu is a citrus that is rich in tartness and has a refreshing aroma. This kabosu liqueur is 100% Oita made, with locally grown kabosu and honkaku barley shochu from Usa, Oita.
