Tasting Note 

Deep earthy note, mushroom, soy sauce with a hint of dry fruit and citrus rind. Rich savoury taste with a slight caramel sweetness throughout. Dry, not too heavy on the palate, a mild body with  good citrus acidity. Made to enjoy in a wide variety of ways, whether it's cold or hot.
