A one of a kind kijoshu made bodaimoto style with bodaimoto sake as base! Kijoushu is a rich, thick and sweet sake brewed using sake instead of water during brewing process. In order to pursue the possibilities of bodaimoto, the Gozenshu Bodaimoto Kijoushu also uses bodaimoto junmai sake for the brewing process. This is made with a focus on the "Bodaimoto x Bodaimoto" method.
Typical Kijoushu are sweet dessert sake, but this kijoushu is made with the added complexity and acidity of bodaimoto style. This creates the perfect sweet and acidity balance, you can feel the sharpness within the rich and sweet note on the palate.
